The Fall
Part 1
I just want to start by saying I am not a theologian nor am I claiming this story to be what ‘actually happened.’
This story is just heavily based off of true events and mixed with speculation and some addons so that it fits into my multiverse.
another disclaimer, this is part of my fictional universe. NOT theology. though I used a lot of said theology.
now that that’s out of the way…
lets begin.
Chapter 1: The Fall
All of Heaven was gathered to hear the music that was to be played. Trillions of Elohim were seated in the sphere-shaped theater, all intermingling before the show began.
“Elohim! May I have your attention!” the mighty Elohim Gabriel, the messenger, announced, loud enough for all to hear. “You have all gathered here to hear the worship directed by Lucifer, the highest-ranking Elohim and second throughout all of creation! Please, everyone, welcome to the stage—Lucifer, the Worshipful Master!”
The stadium erupted in applause, Elohim making noises of excitement and gratitude to welcome Lucifer.
Lucifer stepped onto the stage, and behind him were 150 Seraphim whom he had personally trained to perfect this Symphony.
All of the Elohim were taken aback by Lucifer's beauty. Even though they had spent billions of years alongside him and his appearance was not new, his beauty was still stunning, as if it were new every time he was seen.
“Brothers!” Lucifer announced proudly, “I can say with a confident heart that I, along with these 150 Seraphim behind me, have practiced this Symphony to perfection—all to glorify THE SON, the Holy Person of the Trinity, who will be joining us today!”
Lucifer made an exaggerated gesture toward a throne floating above the crowd, carried by four Seraphim. These four Seraphim, giving this honor, did so with pride. They got to carry the All-Holy One’s throne—an honor Elohim could only ever imagine.
Once the applause upon seeing THE SON died down, Lucifer began to prepare his band to play the Symphony. They performed magnificently. It was truly a show to be remembered.
And when it ended, the applause could be heard from both ends of Heaven.
But this time was different. Lucifer wasn't as occupied with the applause. He was focused on catching THE SON before he left to return to Center Heaven.
Lucifer flapped his wings and flew as fast as he could to catch THE SON. When he finally reached the throne, he kneeled and said loudly, “Blessed be THE SON! There is only one God, and there are none like Him!”
THE SON then smiled and stood, creating ground for both of them to stand on.
“Lucifer! That Symphony was magnificent. You have truly surpassed even your last Symphony, which was beyond the previous one.”
Lucifer quickly cut off the praise, “Yes, yes, I know. I get that a lot. I have come to ask you about a rumor I heard floating around Heaven.”
THE SON smiled and began to walk. “Lots of things float through Heaven, Lucifer. What is it in all of creation that has caught your attention?”
Lucifer followed, trying to walk side by side with THE SON. “Lord, I heard you were looking to elevate something to be the Third Person of the Trinity.”
THE SON stopped and turned to Lucifer. “Ah yes! So that has gone throughout all of creation. Gabriel is a diligent messenger.”
Lucifer acted puzzled. “Quick deviation—why on heaven do you humor conversations with us if you already know what's going to happen?”
THE SON smiled warmly. “Because I want nothing more than to grow closer in relation to my creation. I created this ability to have conversation; it is something core to all conscious beings. So why should I hinder it with my knowledge?”
Lucifer nodded, not fully understanding, and quickly returned to his original desire. “About the Trinity—I was curious if I could potentially apply.”
THE SON sighed, wearing an essence of disappointment.
But Lucifer ignored it and continued, “I am the second most powerful being in all of creation. I have been elevated above all other Elohim. I feel that if I were elevated to the Trinity, I could represent Elohim perfectly, and you could have a perfectly united creation. You would be one with creation.”
THE SON then looked up at Lucifer and replied, “Lucifer, let Me show you something.”
Within an instant, THE SON and Lucifer were in a different universe. This one was bizarre. Rather than radiant and glowing like Heaven, it was dark, with billions of tiny lights. Like Heaven, Everything floated and spun, with materials drifting all around, yet it seemed so empty. There wasn’t another flying being in the universe except for THE SON and Lucifer.
“Lord, are you making another Heaven?”
THE SON pointed in a direction, and Lucifer followed until he saw THE FATHER, the KING OF HEAVEN, and THE HOLY SPIRIT working on a tiny little blue and green ball.
“This, Lucifer, is where the life of this universe will inhabit,” THE SON said, showing Lucifer.
Lucifer quickly asked, “Life? Are you replacing the Elohim?”
THE SON replied, “No. All of My creations are unique and irreplaceable. Every single Elohim and every single human is distinct, and I love them all. No one is replacing anything.”
“Humans?” Lucifer asked, puzzled.
“Yes, humans,” THE SON replied. “It took us six days to come up with the name. Do you like it?”
Lucifer glided toward the planet, and when he neared the atmosphere, he felt a weak pull toward it. “Lord, what is this tugging?”
“It’s called gravity. Everything in this universe with mass is subject to gravity and time.”
Lucifer couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. Heaven didn’t have any gravity, he thought.
He kept flying over the Earth but had some difficulty adjusting to the downward pull. He glided over rich green forests, endless deserts, and vast oceans. Everything was beautiful in a way unfamiliar to him. His whole life he had been used to the endless colors and wonders of Heaven. He looked at this place, not sure why he felt jealousy. Both were of the Supreme Order—this place and Heaven. Both had beauty and purpose, and both had God. Yet he still could not shake the feeling of envy. God didn’t consult me before making this, Lucifer thought silently.
THE SON grabbed Lucifer by the shoulder. “Over this way. Here’s what I wanted to show you.”
He directed Lucifer toward a garden, and that’s when Lucifer finally saw life in this empty universe.
There were creatures walking on four legs, creatures with wings like Lucifer, and creatures flying in the oceans.
But the creatures that caught his eye were two hairless, hind-legged beings.
The utterly confused Lucifer stared. They bore the image of God, just like the Elohim’s work bodies did, but they had no wings. They had muscles, yet after watching one struggle to carry an object, he saw they were tied down by fatigue.
“Lord, what is that?” Lucifer asked, with a twinge of disgust.
THE SON answered patiently, “Who is that, not what is that.”
Lucifer tilted his head, and THE SON continued, “They are humans. Their names are Adam and Eve. The Earth belongs to them as ambassadors of THE LORD.”
Lucifer could not believe what he had just heard. He instantly questioned THE LORD. “Ambassadors! Those things—the dirt monsters?”
“Be more respectful to My creation. They are life, just like you. They are conscious, just like you, Lucifer.”
But Lucifer snapped back, “Do you realize what you just said? Ambassadors! Direct representatives of you?”
THE SON turned to Lucifer, with a bit of anger in His voice. “Why do you look upon what wasn’t given to you? I have given you power, adorned you in beauty. Near innumerable Elohim praise your name under Mine. You are loved and adored not only by the Elohim but by the Trinity that formed you from nothing.”
Lucifer fell silent.
THE SON continued, “Let’s meet them, and you can question them.”
With those words, THE SON led Lucifer to meet His new creation.
They glided down to the garden, and THE SON called out, “Adam! Eve!”
Immediately, the two recognized His voice and ran to see Him.
“Lord! You’ve come to visit again,” Adam said.
Lucifer turned to THE SON. “Again? How many times have you visited?”
THE SON let out a disappointed sigh. “Lucifer, I am GOD. I dwell with you every day—all of the Elohim, every day. Your envy is entirely misplaced.”
Lucifer was about to argue, but then Eve said something that made him genuinely laugh. “What is envy?”
Before THE SON could answer, Lucifer stepped forward. “You don’t know what envy is? How do you not know what envy is?”
“Lucifer, we have not yet revealed to them what is good and what is evil,” THE SON said quickly to stop him.
Lucifer stopped and turned to face Him. “Why?”
THE SON answered, “Because it is not yet time for them to know. But soon, we will reveal the knowledge of good and evil, and they will be able to walk with THE LORD in intimacy and love, but also in justice and wisdom.”
Lucifer turned and shouted, “Walk with them! You’re practically pampering them! Can they do anything on their own? This creation is so confusing and utterly incomprehensible. I’ve known you, LORD, for billions of years, and this seems so out of character.”
THE SON cut him off. “And yet, these are the beings who were being elevated for the Trinity.”
Lucifer’s wings fell to the ground, his face carved with disbelief and anger.
“What?”
“I said—”
“I heard what you said. Why you said it is what I want to know.”
THE SON paused before answering, “Because it’s all part of Our divine plan.”
Lucifer could not believe what he heard. Overwhelmed, he flew into the sky as fast as he could, shooting back into Heaven. When he landed, he returned to his castle and began pacing, thinking aloud to himself:
“I am the second most powerful being in all creation, and I got passed up for a human. What does a human have that I don’t? Haha… nothing. They’re weak, their minds are weak, they can’t fly, they can’t do anything forever.”
Then a knock interrupted Lucifer’s thoughts.
He quickly opened the door to see Gabriel, the messenger, standing there.
“Gabriel. Do you have a message for me?” Lucifer asked, keeping perfect composure.
“Yes, a message from THE FATHER,” Gabriel replied.
Lucifer leaned in; rarely did Elohim receive a direct message from THE FATHER.
“He has said that this seed you have planted in your heart can either grow to devour you, or you can pluck it before it becomes a problem.”
Lucifer looked at Gabriel and asked, keeping his voice low, “Did THE LORD tell you what the seed was?”
Gabriel looked down, clearly disappointed, and said, “No. I asked THE LORD, and He refused to tell me out of respect for you.”
Lucifer nodded. “Thank you, Gabriel.” He closed the door and summoned two of his closest allies: Eliorael, the cleric and scholar of all things THE LORD has made, and Seraphael, the greatest warrior and strategist in all of Heaven under GOD.
“Whatever seems to be the matter?” Seraphael asked.
“You know the rumors. THE LORD plans to elevate one of His creations to the Trinity.”
Eliorael quickly interjected, “Yes—and that’s you, Lucifer, correct?”
Lucifer’s silence spoke volumes.

Love this fiction work! I like the fact that Lucifer doesn’t understand, it’s not humans becoming the Trinity; it’s the Son coming down as a human: fully man, fully God. Interesting writing. love it!
Wow!!! This is really intense, Henry!!! I like it!
